  1. Conduct sales outreach efforts to potential customers in the Phoenix Metro area.
  2. Educate individuals on the benefits and features of Humana's Medicare plans.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively explain complex Medicare information to customers.
  5. Stay up-to-date on all Medicare regulations and changes to ensure accurate and compliant sales presentations.
  6. Work collaboratively with other team members to develop effective sales strategies.
  7. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
  9. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of Medicare.
  10. Represent the Humana brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from potential customers.
  12. Build a referral network to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  13. Continuously stay informed on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  14. Proactively identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance sales processes and strategies.
  15. Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers by providing personalized solutions and recommendations based on their specific needs.

Job Qualifications
