  1. Conduct sales activities: The primary responsibility of a Medicare Sales Field Agent is to conduct sales activities and promote Humana's Medicare plans.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Educate customers: Educate potential and existing customers about Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes.
  4. Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers.
  5. Represent Humana: Serve as a representative of Humana and act as a brand ambassador at various community events and meetings.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in Medicare regulations to effectively position Humana's products.
  8. Collaborate with team members: Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals.
  9. Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
  10. Adhere to company policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  11. Continuously improve: Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and development opportunities.
  12. Participate in team meetings: Attend and actively participate in team meetings to provide updates on sales activities and discuss strategies for achieving sales goals.
  13. Represent Humana with integrity: Represent Humana with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare Products, Regulations, And Compliance Guidelines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
