- Conduct sales activities: The primary responsibility of a Medicare Sales Field Agent is to conduct sales activities and promote Humana's Medicare plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Educate customers: Educate potential and existing customers about Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes.
- Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers.
- Represent Humana: Serve as a representative of Humana and act as a brand ambassador at various community events and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in Medicare regulations to effectively position Humana's products.
- Collaborate with team members: Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Adhere to company policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Continuously improve: Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and development opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings: Attend and actively participate in team meetings to provide updates on sales activities and discuss strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Represent Humana with integrity: Represent Humana with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare Administration.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Medicare Products, Regulations, And Compliance Guidelines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Success In Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
