  1. Promote and sell Medicare products to prospective customers in the East Houston area.
  2. Utilize strong sales skills to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to increase sales and customer retention.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date on Medicare guidelines and regulations to accurately educate and inform customers on product offerings.
  6. Attend and participate in training and sales meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  7. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  8. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activity and customer interactions.
  10. Represent Humana in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Products And Regulations, Including Medicare Advantage And Prescription Drug Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Territory, Including Prospecting, Lead Generation, And Closing Sales.
