- Promote and sell Humana's Medicare plans to potential customers in the Dallas area.
- Educate individuals on the benefits and features of Humana's Medicare plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Medicare regulations and changes to effectively communicate and sell plans.
- Utilize strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of Humana's Medicare plans and overcome objections.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in selecting the best plan for their individual needs.

Active State Insurance License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Active State Insurance License In The State Of Texas To Sell Medicare Products.
Previous Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medicare Market, Is Required For This Position.
Knowledge Of Medicare Products: Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Medicare Products And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Plan Options And Benefits To Potential Customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Agent Will Be Interacting With Potential Customers On A Daily Basis.
Ability To Work Independently: This Position Requires A Self-Motivated And Independent Individual Who Can Manage Their Own Schedule And Effectively Meet Sales Goals. Previous Experience In A Field Sales Role Is Preferred.
