  1. Promote and sell Humana's Medicare plans to potential customers in the Dallas area.
  2. Educate individuals on the benefits and features of Humana's Medicare plans.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest Medicare regulations and changes to effectively communicate and sell plans.
  6. Utilize strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of Humana's Medicare plans and overcome objections.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in selecting the best plan for their individual needs.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and underwriting to provide a seamless customer experience.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  10. Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge of Humana's products.
  11. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and potential partnerships to expand Humana's reach in the Dallas area.
  13. Communicate any customer concerns or issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Humana, promoting our commitment to helping members achieve their best health.

Job Qualifications
  • Active State Insurance License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Active State Insurance License In The State Of Texas To Sell Medicare Products.

  • Previous Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In The Medicare Market, Is Required For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare Products: Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Medicare Products And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Plan Options And Benefits To Potential Customers.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Agent Will Be Interacting With Potential Customers On A Daily Basis.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Position Requires A Self-Motivated And Independent Individual Who Can Manage Their Own Schedule And Effectively Meet Sales Goals. Previous Experience In A Field Sales Role Is Preferred.
