Knowledge Of Medicare: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medicare Plans, Rules, Regulations, And Policies In Order To Effectively Sell Humana's Medicare Products To Potential Clients.
Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In The Insurance Or Healthcare Industry, Is Highly Desirable. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building A Strong Customer Base.
