  1. Educate and inform potential customers about Humana's Medicare products and services.
  2. Enroll eligible Medicare beneficiaries in Humana's plans.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Medicare market in order to effectively promote and sell Humana's offerings.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  5. Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals.
  6. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in Medicare regulations.
  8. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from customers.
  10. Track and report sales activities and results to management.
  11. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Meet and exceed performance expectations set by management.
  14. Travel within the designated sales territory to meet with potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Medicare Sales And/Or Insurance Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
