- Enroll individuals in Medicare plans according to company guidelines and protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in the Medicare market and plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes.

Experience In Medicare Sales: Candidates For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In Selling Medicare Advantage And Medicare Supplement Plans. This Includes Knowledge Of Medicare Rules And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Medicare Beneficiaries.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Field Agent, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Potential Clients Is Crucial. This Includes Excellent Listening Skills, Clear And Concise Verbal Communication, And Strong Written Communication For Preparing Sales Presentations And Reports.
Sales And Marketing Experience: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales And Marketing, Particularly In The Healthcare Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies, Prospecting And Lead Generation, And Closing Sales.
