  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Medicare market, including changes in regulations and competitive landscape.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert on Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes, and effectively communicate this information to potential customers.
  3. Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, community events, and networking.
  4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their unique healthcare needs and budget.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and knowledge through training and self-study.
  10. Represent the company's values and mission in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
