  1. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their Medicare needs and provide them with personalized sales solutions.
  2. Educate potential customers on the different Medicare plans and options available, including benefits, costs, and eligibility requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay updated on the ever-changing Medicare landscape and plan offerings.
  4. Identify and target potential sales leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  5. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers to enroll in Humana's Medicare plans.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and sales managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet sales targets.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using designated sales software.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential customers by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  9. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and workshops provided by Humana.
  10. Stay compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures related to Medicare sales.
  11. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's mission and values.
  12. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales team and contribute to business growth.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.
