  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets for the Direct Marketing Sales team.
  2. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the DMS Sales team to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
  3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  9. Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and attract top sales talent for the DMS team.
  10. Represent Humana at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential customers.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of Humana's products and services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  14. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working to find satisfactory resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Humana by actively participating in company initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dms Technology And Its Applications Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
