Active Lvn Licensure: Candidates Must Have A Current And Valid Lvn License In The State They Will Be Practicing In.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Home Health Experience: Humana Requires A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Home Health Setting, Preferably In A Per Diem Or Prn Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Lvns Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members.
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records: Humana Utilizes Electronic Medical Records, So Candidates Should Have Experience With These Systems And Be Comfortable Navigating Them.
Flexibility And Availability: This Per Diem Role Requires A High Level Of Flexibility And Availability, As Lvns May Be Required To Work Weekends, Evenings, And Holidays Based On Patient Needs.
