Active Lpn License: The Ideal Candidate For The Lpn, Skilled Home Visits Fulltime Job At Humana Should Possess An Active Lpn License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Legally Qualified To Provide Nursing Care In The Home Setting.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Home Health Or Long-Term Care: Humana Is Seeking Lpns With A Strong Background In Home Health Or Long-Term Care. A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Either Of These Settings Is Preferred To Ensure That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Provide Quality Care In The Home.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Working In Home Health Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Family Members, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide Holistic Care And Promote Positive Outcomes.
Proficient In Wound Care And Medication Administration: Lpns In The Skilled Home Visits Fulltime Job At Humana Will Be Responsible For Performing A Variety Of Clinical Tasks, Including Wound Care And Medication Administration. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Skills And Be Able To Demonstrate Proficiency In Their Application.
