  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in the healthcare industry.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure Humana remains compliant.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance processes and procedures.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on licensing and regulatory compliance for internal stakeholders.
  6. Provide guidance and support to business units to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance standards and requirements.
  8. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and findings.
  10. Communicate regularly with regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  11. Represent Humana in any external audits or regulatory inspections.
  12. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  13. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of compliance processes.
  14. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  15. Uphold Humana's values and code of conduct in all compliance-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Licensing And Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Experience With Managing And Maintaining Licenses For Multiple States.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Regulatory Agencies.
