  1. Design and develop engaging and impactful training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Deliver training sessions to employees using various facilitation techniques and methods.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning solutions.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
  6. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  7. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources.
  8. Act as a coach and mentor to employees, providing support and guidance in their learning and development journey.
  9. Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  10. Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback to support their growth and development.
  11. Identify and implement innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  12. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for other facilitators to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training sessions and participant feedback.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, in all aspects of training design and delivery.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the overall learning and development program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Experience Facilitating Engaging And Interactive Learning Experiences For Diverse Audiences.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Deliver Training Both In Person And Virtually.
