  1. Develop and implement segment strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive growth and profitability for the insurance segment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, analyze market trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
  3. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, product offerings, and partnerships to expand the insurance segment's reach and revenue.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives, make necessary adjustments, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on the insurance industry, staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  8. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Humana's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Use data and analytics to drive strategic insights and recommendations, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  11. Mentor and coach team members in strategic thinking, analysis, and decision-making.
  12. Represent Humana at industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership on insurance segment strategy.

Job Qualifications
