Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: A Home Health Lpn At Humana Must Possess A Valid And Current Lpn License In The State Where They Will Be Working.

  • Previous Home Health Experience: Humana Looks For Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lpn In A Home Health Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate Strong Clinical Skills, Including Wound Care, Medication Administration, And Patient Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Home Health Lpn, One Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And Other Members Of The Healthcare Team.

  • Ability To Work Independently: Humana Values Candidates Who Are Able To Work Independently And Efficiently Manage Their Caseload, While Also Being Able To Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals When Needed.
