Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Home Health Aide At Humana Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, Demonstrating Basic Literacy And Communication Skills.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Humana Requires A Home Health Aide To Have A Valid Cna Certification, Indicating A Level Of Training And Knowledge In Providing Healthcare Services.

  • Prior Experience In Home Healthcare: Candidates Should Have At Least 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Home Healthcare Setting, Demonstrating An Understanding Of Patient Care And Safety Protocols.

  • Basic Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: A Home Health Aide At Humana Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures To Assist With Patient Care And Communicate With Healthcare Professionals.
