  1. Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights and provide recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and develop financial forecasts and budgets.
  4. Monitor and track key financial metrics and variances to identify risks and opportunities and make proactive recommendations to improve financial performance.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key findings and insights.
  6. Lead the development of financial models and scenarios to support business planning and goal setting.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on financial planning and analysis, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to financial planning and analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning and analysis processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to mitigate potential issues and maximize financial performance.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the financial planning and analysis team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Financial Planning Software.
