Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead collects, compiles, verifies, and analyzes financial information and economic indicators so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions. Responsible for financial due diligence and financial pro forma modeling input and assessment. Represent Medicaid Finance regarding newly acquired company integration efforts. Assist with Medicaid Finance’s new market RFP response activities. Responsible for working with Medicaid Actuary in the development of the Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) model. Cultivate internal and external business relationships which will serve as resources of technical knowledge and performance improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience

  • 8 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent

  • Experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies

  • Experience working in healthcare and strong foundation of healthcare financials a plus
