- Lead and manage a team of threat response professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Develop and maintain crisis management plans and procedures to ensure a swift and effective response in the event of an emergency.
- Analyze threat data and provide timely and accurate reports to senior management to inform decision-making and risk management strategies.
- Continuously review and update threat response policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for all threat-related incidents and coordinate response efforts with relevant stakeholders.

Extensive Experience In Security Operations: A Director Of Threat Response Operations At Humana Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, With A Strong Understanding Of Threat Response And Incident Management Processes.
