  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities portfolio strategy for Humana, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and oversee the maintenance, operations, and improvements of all facilities within the company's portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize facility needs and develop plans for addressing them.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and analysis of the facilities portfolio to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Lead the planning and execution of facility improvement and expansion projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's standards.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services for facility-related needs.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facilities management and operations.
  9. Provide leadership and direction to the facilities management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on facility-related projects and initiatives.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in facilities management, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and best practices into Humana's facilities portfolio.
  12. Foster a culture of sustainability and innovation, promoting energy efficiency and environmentally-friendly practices within the facilities portfolio.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the facilities portfolio, making adjustments and improvements as needed to ensure it meets the needs of employees and members.
  14. Represent Humana in meetings and negotiations with external parties related to facilities management, such as landlords, government agencies, and community organizations.
  15. Uphold Humana's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of facilities management, promoting a positive and professional image of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Large Portfolio Of Facilities And Personnel.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans For Efficient And Cost-Effective Facility Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including External Vendors And Internal Teams.
