  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of Humana's aviation operations, including but not limited to aircraft scheduling, maintenance, safety, and budgeting.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Humana's aircraft fleet.
  3. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local aviation regulations and guidelines.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of aviation professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  5. Monitor and analyze aviation industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and human resources, to ensure alignment and support for aviation operations.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as aircraft manufacturers, maintenance providers, and regulatory agencies.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for aviation operations, including forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
  9. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a high level of safety and compliance.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the aviation operations team.
  11. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on aviation operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Represent Humana at industry conferences and events to stay current on best practices and network with other aviation professionals.
  13. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all aviation-related information and data.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Aviation Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Compliance Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Aviation Operations, Including Budgeting And Resource Allocation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
