  1. Conduct contract negotiations with dental offices to ensure competitive rates and terms.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with dental providers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  3. Utilize knowledge of dental insurance industry to make informed decisions and recommendations for contract terms.
  4. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure successful contract execution.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of contract negotiations and updates.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to network providers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in dental insurance policies to inform contract negotiations.
  8. Identify opportunities for network growth and present recommendations to management.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving network performance and provider satisfaction.
  10. Effectively manage multiple contracts and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  11. Keep track of provider performance metrics and work with underperforming providers to improve their performance.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.
  13. Create and maintain reports on contract performance and network growth.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dental Reimbursement Methodologies, Fee Schedules, And Contract Language.
