  1. Delivering essential medical supplies to Humana members in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensuring accurate and complete delivery of all supplies to the designated locations.
  3. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
  4. Communicating with members and providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Collaborating with team members to plan and execute delivery routes.
  6. Troubleshooting and resolving any delivery-related issues that may arise.
  7. Keeping track of inventory and reporting any supply shortages or damages.
  8. Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and reporting any discrepancies.
  9. Following all company policies and procedures while delivering supplies.
  10. Assisting with training and mentoring new delivery technicians as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License: A Delivery Technician At Humana Must Possess A Valid Driver's License In Order To Operate Company Vehicles And Make Deliveries To Various Locations.

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential For A Delivery Technician As They Will Be Interacting With Clients And Customers On A Daily Basis. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Solve Problems, And Handle Any Issues That May Arise During Deliveries.

  • Physical Fitness: This Position Requires The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects, As Well As Standing And Walking For Long Periods Of Time. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Without Difficulty.

  • Time Management Skills: Delivery Technicians At Humana Are Responsible For Managing Their Delivery Schedules And Ensuring Timely And Efficient Deliveries. This Requires Strong Time Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
