  2. Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends in healthcare data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support decision-making processes.
  5. Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and healthcare to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  7. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular quality checks and data validation.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
  9. Use data visualization tools to present data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new data analysis tools and systems.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and healthcare to provide guidance and support to team members.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve data processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
