We are looking for an experienced Contract Management Professional to join the team at Humana. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and have a major impact on the direction of the company.In this position, you will be responsible for managing contracts with external vendors and ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are met. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining contractual relationships with vendors and stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of contract management principles and processes. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industries would be an asset.We are seeking an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
