  1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality and personalized care to patients in the Home Health division.
  2. Ensure that all clinical services provided are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  3. Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and aides.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care, staff performance, or operational processes.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of care provided by the Home Health division.
  8. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them into the day-to-day operations of the Home Health division.
  10. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and share important information.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes through proactive problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In Home Health Or Hospice.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Current Rn License In Good Standing With The State Of Practice.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations, As Well As Other Payer Requirements For Home Health Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team, Make Strategic Decisions, And Effectively Communicate With Staff, Patients, And Other Stakeholders.
