  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare center and ensure efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
  3. Establish and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members, visitors, and staff.
  4. Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  11. Stay current on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the growth and success of the healthcare center.
  13. Manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure the center operates within financial targets.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at community events and networking opportunities.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the member experience and drive business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Facility.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
