  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the needs of brokers and clients are met.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to inform broker strategies.
  6. Create and implement effective communication and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services to brokers.
  7. Monitor and analyze broker performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to brokers to educate them on the company's offerings.
  9. Manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by brokers in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape.
  11. Collaborate with brokers to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with brokers.
  13. Track and report on broker activity, performance, and market trends to management.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance broker relationships and partnerships.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Brokers And Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Broker Relationship Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Advantage Products And The Healthcare Market.

  • Demonstrated Sales And Negotiation Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals.
