Welcome to Humana! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Coordinator for our Home Health division. As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations and coordination of our home health services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care to our clients, while also possessing excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the home health division, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  3. Work closely with the clinical team to schedule and assign appropriate home health services to clients, based on their individual needs and preferences.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate records of home health services, including client information, schedules, and billing.
  5. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  6. Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in home health care, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization of services.
  8. Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, from direct care providers to upper management.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  10. Handle any administrative tasks related to the home health division, such as ordering supplies, managing budgets, and preparing reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Home Health Or Related Healthcare Field.
