  1. Oversee the daily operations of the home health division, including scheduling appointments, managing client files, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  2. Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate and facilitate care plans.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client information and services provided.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and address them promptly and professionally.
  5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving the quality and efficiency of services.
  6. Train and supervise a team of home health aides and ensure they are providing compassionate and professional care to clients.
  7. Monitor and track inventory of supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering and restocking as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in staff meetings and provide updates on the status of client care and any issues that arise.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes, and make recommendations for operational enhancements.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to enhance the services provided by the home health division.
  12. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
  14. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  15. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Home Health Care Or Related Field.
