  1. Coach and develop call center representatives on effective customer service techniques and best practices.
  2. Monitor and evaluate call center representatives' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Create and implement training programs to improve call center representatives' skills and knowledge.
  4. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, updates, and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other coaches and managers to identify and address training needs.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with call center representatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching methods.
  9. Identify and address any performance issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Encourage and motivate call center representatives to achieve their goals and targets.
  11. Ensure all call center representatives adhere to quality standards and provide exceptional customer service.
  12. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new call center representatives.
  13. Prepare and present performance reports to upper management.
  14. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by promoting cultural sensitivity and understanding.
  15. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric values.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In English And At Least One Other Language, With Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Both Languages.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Call Center Environment, Preferably In A Coaching Or Mentoring Role.

  • Knowledge Of Call Center Best Practices And Experience With Quality Assurance And Performance Metrics.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills And Ability To Build Rapport With Team Members And Provide Constructive Feedback.
