  1. Provide excellent patient care: As a Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality patient care to our Spanish-speaking patients.
  2. Assist healthcare providers: You will work closely with healthcare providers to support them in delivering efficient and effective healthcare services to patients.
  3. Conduct patient intake: You will be responsible for conducting patient intake, including taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating patient records.
  4. Communicate with patients: You will use your proficiency in Spanish to communicate with patients, ensuring they understand their medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
  5. Schedule appointments: You will assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing the provider's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency.
  6. Administer medications and treatments: You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments under the direction of a healthcare provider.
  7. Perform diagnostic tests: You will assist in performing diagnostic tests, including blood draws, EKGs, and other procedures as needed.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms: You will ensure that exam rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  9. Adhere to all regulations and protocols: You will follow all healthcare regulations and protocols, including HIPAA, to ensure patient privacy and safety.
  10. Collaborate with team members: You will collaborate with other medical assistants, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
  11. Continuously learn and improve: You will stay updated on industry developments, attend trainings and workshops, and strive to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service: You will exhibit excellent customer service skills and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visit.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Spanish: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills In Spanish To Effectively Communicate With Spanish-Speaking Patients.

  • Medical Assistant Certification: A Certification As A Medical Assistant Is Required To Ensure That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Medical Tasks And Assist Healthcare Providers.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology In Both English And Spanish Is Necessary To Accurately Document Patient Information And Assist With Medical Procedures.

  • Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Work Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Medical Assistant Role, Is Preferred To Ensure Familiarity With Medical Processes And Procedures.
