  1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist patients with their needs.
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
  4. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Collect and process patient payments and insurance information.
  7. Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
  8. Assist with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
  10. Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  12. Continuously update knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and insurance policies.
  13. Provide support to other team members as needed.
