  1. Develop and implement demand and portfolio management strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of demand and portfolio managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of demand and portfolio management strategies with overall business goals.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the healthcare industry.
  5. Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities through new demand generation and portfolio expansion.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards related to demand and portfolio management.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the demand and portfolio management function.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for demand and portfolio management activities.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on demand and portfolio management performance and initiatives.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand and portfolio management.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Demand And Portfolio Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Portfolios, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial And Operational Metrics.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
