  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for network operations to align with the company's overall mission and goals.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
  3. Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and initiatives to enhance the network experience for members.
  5. Manage relationships with network providers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality of care for members.
  6. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for network operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of network operations professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to network operations and implement best practices as appropriate.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the network.
  11. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track and report on the success of network operations initiatives.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on network operations performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the network operations team.
  14. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to network operations.
  15. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to network operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Network Operations, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure, Including Lan, Wan, And Wireless Technologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
