Associate Director, Compliance

10. Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
11. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
13. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings, conferences, and other events.
14. Stay updated on best practices and industry standards to ensure the company maintains a high level of compliance.
