  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a liaison between Humana and agency partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize strong sales techniques and industry knowledge to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to both Humana and agency partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with agency partners to promote Humana's products and services and increase their understanding of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze agency partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Represent Humana at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
  • Stay compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, With At Least 3 Years In A Sales Or Broker Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Programs And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Brokers And Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, With A Focus On Driving Business Growth And Increasing Market Share.
