Job Description

At HUGO BOSS, we’re looking for a dynamic, outgoing Visual Merchandiser to join our team. Our ideal candidate has the experience and enthusiasm to bring our brand to life through creative visual merchandising solutions.The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating an inspiring and attractive in-store atmosphere that encourages customers to purchase our products. The job requires a confident individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box.We’re looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in visual merchandising within the fashion industry, as well as a proven track record of success with merchandising and setting up window displays. A degree in a related field is highly desirable, as is an understanding of the HUGO BOSS brand.If you’re excited by the prospect of helping to promote the HUGO BOSS brand through creative visual merchandising solutions, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilites:

  1. Create visually appealing and inspiring in-store atmosphere that encourages customers to purchase HUGO BOSS products.
  2. Develop and execute creative visual merchandising solutions to promote the HUGO BOSS brand.
  3. Manage window displays to ensure they are inviting and in line with current trends.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  5. Monitor and report on sales figures, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  6. Ensure all visual merchandising activities are compliant with company policies and regulations.
  7. Stay up to date with current trends in the fashion industry and ensure displays reflect these.
  8. Provide training and guidance to store teams to ensure they are following best practices.
  9. Participate in store openings, events, and other promotional activities.
