Talent Manager - Learning & Development

1. Develop and implement effective talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
2. Oversee the learning and development programs for the organization, including identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and measuring their effectiveness.
3. Identify and assess high-potential employees and create development plans to support their career growth.
4. Collaborate with department managers to identify talent gaps and proactively source and recruit talent to meet current and future business needs.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their development and growth.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
8. Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
9. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
10. Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting a growth mindset and fostering a positive work environment.
11. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment between talent management and other HR processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
12. Represent HUGO BOSS as a talent expert at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices with external stakeholders.
13. Develop and manage the talent management budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
14. Act as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS, promoting our values and culture to attract top talent to the organization.
15. Continuously assess and improve the employee experience, ensuring that our talent management initiatives support our employees' growth and development.
