- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Oversee the learning and development programs for the organization, including identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and measuring their effectiveness.
- Identify and assess high-potential employees and create development plans to support their career growth.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify talent gaps and proactively source and recruit talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
- Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting a growth mindset and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment between talent management and other HR processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
- Represent HUGO BOSS as a talent expert at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices with external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the talent management budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Act as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS, promoting our values and culture to attract top talent to the organization.
- Continuously assess and improve the employee experience, ensuring that our talent management initiatives support our employees' growth and development.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Learning And Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Learning And Development Strategies, Theories, And Best Practices.
Experience In Creating And Implementing Training Programs And Initiatives For A Global Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
