- Design and create visually appealing and on-brand displays for the store.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the overall brand image and goals.
- Collaborate with the store management team to understand and execute merchandising objectives.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and ensure all displays are up to date and properly maintained.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in visual merchandising.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor’s visual merchandising strategies.
- Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional initiatives are reflected in displays.
- Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques and brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize inventory of visual merchandising materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with the store team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional window displays.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure all visual displays are in line with brand standards.
- Attend and participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Travel to other store locations to assist with visual merchandising as needed.
- Continuously seek out new creative and innovative ways to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Luxury Retail Environment.
Strong Eye For Design And Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays That Align With The Hugo Boss Brand Aesthetic.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Store Managers And Sales Associates.
Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And Understanding Of Target Customer Demographics For Hugo Boss.
