- Create visually appealing and attractive displays that accurately represent the HUGO BOSS brand and its luxury image.
- Use your creativity and fashion expertise to conceptualize and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies for the store.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into displays to keep the store fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
- Maintain the visual standards set by the company and ensure consistency across all store locations.
- Utilize proper lighting, props, and other elements to enhance the overall visual presentation of the store.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that merchandise is displayed in a way that maximizes sales and customer engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency and excellence in all displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards while setting up and maintaining displays.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with the store team to ensure a cohesive and well-executed visual merchandising plan.
- Represent the HUGO BOSS brand and its values by maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Attend trainings and workshops to stay updated on visual merchandising trends and techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers to promote the brand and its products.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising For A Fashion Retail Company.
Strong Understanding Of Hugo Boss Brand Aesthetic And Ability To Execute Visual Merchandising Strategies Accordingly.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Visual Merchandising Software.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Time-Management Skills.
