  3. Utilize strong product knowledge and understanding of fashion trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products and services to customers.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and product displays.
  6. Proactively engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints.
  7. Continuously update and expand knowledge of HUGO BOSS products and services.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store goals and objectives.
  9. Participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
  11. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
  12. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
  13. Attend special events and promotions to promote the HUGO BOSS brand and drive sales.
  14. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and potential customers.
  15. Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve sales processes and customer experience.
