Retail Buyer

In this role, you will be responsible for selecting a variety of products and negotiating terms with suppliers in order to meet the needs of our customers.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for fashion and trends, and a passion for retail buying. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field, who is highly organized, able to work to tight deadlines, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Select a variety of products to meet customer needs and negotiate terms with suppliers.
2. Monitor fashion trends and stay up-to-date on current styles.
3. Create and implement buying plans and strategies.
4. Research and analyze market data to identify potential opportunities.
5. Develop relationships with suppliers and other industry contacts.
6. Maintain accurate records of purchases and stock levels.
7. Work to tight deadlines and within budget constraints.
8. Provide exceptional customer service.
9. Work with other teams to identify customer needs and create marketing plans.
10. Monitor customer feedback and use it to refine buying decisions.
