- Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders, including buyers, merchandisers, and executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key account plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators to track the success of key account plans and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks that may hinder the success of key account plans.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to inform key account planning and decision making.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers in effectively managing and growing key accounts.
- Represent the company at key account meetings, conferences, and events, and effectively communicate our brand message and initiatives.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty for key accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and initiatives for key accounts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key account performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all key account activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Retail And Wholesale Operations, Including Pricing Strategies, Inventory Management, And Sales Forecasting.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Key Account Plans And Driving Sales Growth.
