  1. Develop and implement key account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all business needs.
  3. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with key accounts to identify opportunities and discuss business performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of account plans and strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  6. Manage and track key account budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and ROI.
  7. Communicate and negotiate effectively with key accounts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on key account performance and progress.
  9. Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry and fashion trends to ensure relevant and innovative strategies for key accounts.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to key account management.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  13. Mentor and train junior account managers to ensure consistent and effective account management practices.
  14. Follow and uphold company values and standards in all interactions with key accounts and stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through proactive and strategic thinking.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Key Account Management, Preferably In The Fashion Or Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills To Develop And Execute Effective Key Account Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts.
