  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and growth for key accounts.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to ensure mutual success.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute promotional strategies and initiatives.
  5. Monitor and report on key account performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Manage and negotiate key account contracts and terms.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform key account strategies.
  9. Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve individual and team goals.
  10. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of HUGO BOSS products and brand image.
  11. Ensure effective communication and alignment of key account strategies with overall company objectives.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve key account planning processes and procedures.
  13. Represent HUGO BOSS at key account meetings, events, and trade shows.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute tailored strategies for key accounts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Key Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Key Accounts, Preferably In The Fashion Or Luxury Retail Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Relationships With Key Clients.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Hugo Boss And Its Key Accounts, The Key Account Planning Manager Should Have Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, As Well As Internal Teams, To Ensure Alignment And Successful Execution Of Account Strategies.

  • Team Leadership And Management Experience: This Role May Involve Managing A Team Of Key Account Managers, So Experience In Team Leadership And Management Is Essential.
