Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to strengthen our relationship with key accounts and drive sales.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  2. Drive sales through effective planning and execution of strategies.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of key account plans with overall company goals.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all business inquiries and concerns.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with key accounts.
  8. Identify and address potential risks and challenges in key account relationships.
  9. Develop and present reports and presentations on key account performance to senior management.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform key account strategies.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of account planners to ensure effective execution of plans.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate communication with key accounts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  13. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and sales teams to develop tailored strategies for each key account.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve key account planning processes and procedures.
  15. Travel to key account locations as needed to maintain relationships and gather market insights.
