We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS & Benefits Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive HRIS and benefits strategy. As the HRIS & Benefits Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees by managing all aspects of our HRIS and benefits programs. We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about employee well-being.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HRIS and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the management and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Manage all aspects of the benefits program, including but not limited to enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve and enhance the HRIS and benefits programs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the HRIS and benefits programs meet the needs of the employees and the organization.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the HRIS and benefits programs to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries related to HRIS and benefits.
  8. Monitor and analyze data related to HRIS and benefits, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on the HRIS system and benefits offerings.
  10. Lead open enrollment periods and communicate with employees about any changes or updates to the benefits program.
  11. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HRIS and benefits services.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity and professionalism.
  13. Monitor and manage the HRIS and benefits budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  14. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to HRIS and benefits in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all matters related to HRIS and benefits, providing recommendations for improvement and cost savings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Hris And Benefits Management.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Hris Systems And Applications, Such As Workday Or Sap.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Benefits Programs And Policies.
