Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Project Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Ability To Prioritize, Plan, And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
